スピーカープロテクションがたびたび働きます。

Protection has occurred randomly.

このアンプはBTLアンプなので、スピーカーの両端子それぞれにアンプがあり、そのDCオフセットが不安定です。
でも、そのオフセットは両アンプで全く同じなので、スピーカー出力には出てきません。

As this amplifier is a BTL amplifier, there is an amplifier on each of the speaker's two terminals and the DC offset of each amplifier is unstable.　But the offset is exactly the same for both amplifiers, so there is no speaker output.

素子をたたいたり、測定や、観察では不良個所の特定がなかなかつかめなくてかなり時間がかかりました。
最終的にはある程度絞り込んだ箇所の部品を一つ一つ交換していく羽目に。

It spent a lot of time to identify the defective parts by tapping the elements, measurement and observation. But can't.
In the end, I had to replace the parts one by one in the areas I had narrowed down to a certain board.

あまりついてなくて、大方の部品を取り換えた時点で　ダイオード D6 の不良を見つけました。
外して特性測っててみると Vfがたんびにまちまち。
結晶欠陥からツェナーかアバランシェ降伏が局所的、時限的に起きてたからかもしれません。

Unluckily when most of the parts had been replaced, a faulty diode D6 was found.
D6's Vf move unsteadily.
I wonder may be because Zener or Avalanche breakdown from crystal defects was localised and timed.
